Started training BJJ in January 2022 as a hobby and self defence in order to overcame my depression. As I was not ready to do group session so I researched for an experienced coach who would give me private sessions. Renan's background was impressive at such a young age. He trained Brazilian Army, had numerous championship titles both national and international, he seemed calm, centred and professional, so I decided to give it a go. I not only overcame my depression but also improved my physical health and focus. As a woman I can't think of a better sport for fitness, strength, mental and physical health and self defence, you become capable of defending yourself even from bigger and stronger threats. I love training, it is something I really do it to please myself. Renan is an amazing coach, he is caring, mentally strong, patient, skilled and very passionate BJJ coach and Athlete. I could not have found a better fit. Super recommended.
