Our inclusive classes aim to improve the quality of life of kids and adults diagnosed with mental health disabilities including autism spectrum. Throughout Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, prepare all members to real life situations building more confident individuals and increasing health, resilience, emotional control, self-defense skills, social skills, discipline, focus and communication.
